The website describes a pay-per-appointment customer-acquisition service for businesses. Submitting an application does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to proceed.
Pilots and client services
Any pilot or ongoing engagement requires a separate written agreement or accepted proposal. That document—not this website—controls the appointment definition, qualification criteria, pricing, paid-media arrangement, exclusivity, delivery workflow, cancellation and no-show treatment, replacement rules, dispute process and any performance commitments. If these terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
The website may summarize the current starting pilot, including a target appointment quantity, delivery window and included acquisition costs. Those summaries remain subject to market acceptance and the signed agreement.
No guarantee of sales revenue
BookedOnly sells qualifying appointments under an agreed standard. Unless a signed agreement expressly says otherwise, we do not guarantee that a prospect will purchase, that a client will close a particular percentage of appointments or that an engagement will produce a specific amount of revenue.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or unlawful information, introduce malicious code, scrape the site at unreasonable volume or use its content in a way that violates another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
The site’s branding, copy, design and original materials are owned by or licensed to BookedOnly and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the site for legitimate business evaluation but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its materials without permission.
